Dutch Old Paper Industry Federation (FNOI)
The FNOI stimulates us as a member in professionalizing the processes within the old paper industry, and they contribute to the correct representation concerning the company branch and the national and regional policy. The FNOI knows their own approval regulation, which results from the paper fibre covenant. The certification on behalf of PRN must be in the presence of an electronic weighbridge, a sworn weigher, as well as an auditable administrative separation in several old paper flows.
Paper Recycling foundation Netherlands (PRN)
The municipality is able - just as the old paper company - to join the PRN foundation - in collaboration with the old paper company - to make use of the advantages that the covenant offers. One advantage of the covenant is that the purchase of all the old paper is guaranteed. The aim of the covenant is to intensify the collection of old paper and cardboard. Moreover, you participate in monitoring the quantity of kilogram’s that are annually collected in the Netherlands.
